About Me

My name is Mohammad Ali Jawad and I am a Plastic, Reconstructive and Burns Surgeon, practicing predominantly in London and throughout the United Kingdom. My time is divided between work for the NHS and my private cosmetic surgery clinic, Nip n Tuck Surgery, for which I am the Managing Director and lead surgeon.

This blog has been created to keep interested parties up to date with projects that I am involved in, with particular emphasis on my ongoing involvement with the treatment of burns victim Katie Piper, plus other medical & surgical subjects for which I have an interest. Channel 4 documentary featuring Mr Jawad achieves outstanding viewer figures!














The Cutting Edge documentary, 'My Beautiful Face', which was broadcast on Channel 4 lastnight received outstanding viewing figures. The programme, which features Mr Jawad and his work with burns victim Katie Piper, was watched by 3.1 million viewers - an increase of 1.5 million on typical figures.
