About Me

My name is Mohammad Ali Jawad and I am a Plastic, Reconstructive and Burns Surgeon, practicing predominantly in London and throughout the United Kingdom. My time is divided between work for the NHS and my private cosmetic surgery clinic, Nip n Tuck Surgery, for which I am the Managing Director and lead surgeon.

This blog has been created to keep interested parties up to date with projects that I am involved in, with particular emphasis on my ongoing involvement with the treatment of burns victim Katie Piper, plus other medical & surgical subjects for which I have an interest. Saving Faces... from London to Karachi - 7th February,2012


Plastic surgeon Mohammad Jawad uses his skills to help the acid-attack victims and has travelled halfway round the world to Pakistan to reconstruct the faces of victims of domestic violence, from his Harley Street surgery in London, where his daily routine involves nose jobs and breasts enhancements. Rarely can one man have straddled two such contrasting world.
